Continuous checks during rolling and fabrication to control dimensions, surface quality, and process parameters.
Measurement of section size, straightness, thickness, and surface finish as per applicable standards.
Testing for yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, and chemical composition using calibrated instruments.
Ultrasonic or other NDT methods for critical applications and project-specific requirements.
Final verification, documentation review, and release only after meeting all quality parameters.
